It was a hot August night. Steamy after an evening thunderstorm rolled through and the line started forming…and forming…and forming. Greene Street was very close to selling out at over 600 in attendance. It was a wild night. It started off with a hype performance with Ferris Bueller out of Charlotte.
After a 20 minute set by DJ Phillie Phresh, the stage was set for one of the livest nights of performances seen in North Carolina. Elite Kennedy and Sir Swagg took to the stage and performed their biggest and hypest songs. Up next, it was time for Ed E. Ruger & The Iconoclast Crew to rock. And rock they (we) did. The energy levels were high and the ambiance was something special. After a long wait, the crowd was getting antsy for the main act, Riff Raff. He came out and shut the building down.
If you stick all the way to the end of the video you’ll catch the same video we had placed on TMZ, the worldwide celebrity gossip online magazine.
Check out and share the video and make sure to check out EdERuger.com for upcoming show dates and also be on the lookout for Part Two of the antics.
A recent summer eve brought in worldwide-respected and YMCMB artist Cory Gunz through Greensboro, NC. While being one of the most humble major label artists to roll through the Piedmont region, he puts on a great show. You can catch his performance in this video along with one of our perennial site favorites C. Pitt. There’s also Jacob Peoples, Alena Todd and Trapbo Chad working the stage before the Iconoclast Crew head hauncho Ed E. Ruger comes along and shuts it down. Hi-Rez comes in later on and blasts the stage with an amplified performance.
Cory Gunz shuts it down with extra footage in the credits of his “A Milli” freestyle along with 6’7″ footage (these were included for the fact that the bass straight overpowers the cameras microphone it was that banging in there)
Alright…so we get the exclusive drop on Ed E. Ruger & DJ Phillie Phresh’s side project “DuBBoro” and their new video. This is great.
